Special Education Director
Hey there! I’m Jake—an educator, advocate, and co-host of All Abilities, No Filter. I’ve spent over a decade working in special education, running everything from self-contained classrooms to resource-style programs. Supporting kids with autism and other disabilities is more than a job to me—it’s my passion.
In 2021, I started the Carolina Special Education Advocacy Group to help families and professionals better navigate the special education world. For the past eight years, I’ve been the Director of Education at Springbrook Autism Behavioral Health, where I get to work alongside an incredible team that’s all about helping students thrive.
When I’m not in the classroom or behind the mic, I’m off exploring with my amazing wife or hanging out with my sidekick, Cooper—our therapy dog who loves working with the kids just as much as I do.
Therapist
I'm Lily and I’m so excited to be joining All Abilities; No Filter. I moved to South Carolina right out of grad school and started working at Springbrook with autistic children—my first job as a therapist. Honestly, it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the work. Getting to know each child and their unique abilities showed me what this field is really about.
I had the chance to clinically supervise the unit I started on, and that’s where I really found my passion. I also bring my own lived experience to the table—I’ve navigated school and life with dyslexia, and learning how to advocate for myself has helped me connect on a deeper level with the kids and families I work with.
I’m here for the real talk, the advocacy, and the honest conversations that matter. Can’t wait to get into it with you
Recreational Therapist/Administrator
Hey everyone, I'm Hannah ! Former recreational therapist turned healthcare administrator. My passion for working with individuals with various abilities stemmed from personal and lived experience. Whether it was through volunteer work, summer camps, or my early days as a Recreational Therapy student at Clemson, I quickly realized that I was drawn to advocating for those who couldn't advocate for themselves. These days, I've traded in my sensory bins and watercolor paint for spreadsheets and policy change with hopes to tackle advocacy from an administrative perspective. Through All Abilities, No Filter, I hope to have raw, honest conversations with a little bit of humor and a whole lot of heart!
Clinical Dirctor/Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
Hi, I’m Brandon Clark! I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and currently serve as the Clinical Director at Springbrook Behavioral Hospital. I hold a doctorate in psychology with a focus on industrial/organizational theory—which is a fancy way of saying I love using behavioral science to make systems run smoother and teams work better together.
I’m passionate about applying behavior strategies not just to help individuals grow, but to improve how entire organizations function. Whether it’s streamlining processes or inspiring progress, I’m always looking for ways to make things better.
When I’m not in the clinical world, I’m usually jamming out on my guitar or working on new music. I love playing and creating music—it’s how I unwind and express myself. And when I’m not strumming a chord, you might find me in the workshop with a pile of wood and a fresh idea. Woodworking and music are my creative escapes.
Always happy to chat about behavior science, leadership, or your favorite band—let’s connect!
