Bailey is an experienced behavior analyst with a robust background in training development and is the bestselling author of Behavior Breakthrough: 12 Skills to Transform Behavior at Home and in the Classroom. Bailey provides comprehensive training resources for parents and professionals ultimately delivering impactful training. Her current roles include adjunct instructor at Western Kentucky University and a consulting behavior analyst serving the Bowling Green, KY community at large. Bailey serves two school districts, a Head Start program, and provides private ABA therapy for individuals of all ages of life. Bailey has extensive experience working with diverse populations in their natural environment. Bailey is passionate about empowering caregivers and professionals.
